Be an eco-conscious customer!
As an eco-conscious company, we are aware of the environmental costs of shipping, thats why we do not offer free returns on the product you purchase. We kindly ask you to make your order consciously and check our size guide before order. Of course our customer’s satisfaction is our main priority, thats why we provide all of the information you need before purchase. If you have any questions about the sizing or the materials, do not hesitate to ask us, we are happy the help you, just write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. That’s why we would like you to take responsibility and cover shipping costs, in case you still want to send something back.
If you are not thrilled with your purchase for any reason we will gladly accept a return that is postmarked within 14 days from the day you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. If you return an item to us marked with deodorant, makeup etc we will refuse your refund and return the item(s) back to you.
Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off. If you return an item without the original swing tag, we will refuse your refund and you will be charged to return the item(s) back to you .
Email email@example.com with your order number and let us know you are making a return. We’ll email you a return address within 24 hours.
Your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days once your return is received and approved.
We know it can be hard to find your perfect fit online. That’s why we take over the costs for sending new items to you. We will ship them right away after we receive the returned items.
